Sarah Saad is the Staff Designer at NYC Department of City Planning in the Community Planning and Engagement division. Before joining NYC Planning, she worked at Pure + Applied, where she gained experience in exhibition design, with a focus on making museum spaces more accessible. She also worked at Storefront for Art and Architecture as a Gallery and Events Assistant, where she gained experience in directly communicating with gallery visitors and created their annual BookBash event. She is a self-published author of books When I Digress… Parts 1 and 2, and Hassan Fathy: An Anti-Modernist Egyptian Architect.
