Robert Bernstein

Robert S. Bernstein is a partner of Holland & Knight, a global law firm with more than 1,200 lawyers and other professionals in 27 offices throughout the world.  Rob is based in New York, and is a member of his firm’s Construction Industry Practice Group. He focuses his transactional and dispute resolution practice on real estate development and construction in both domestic and international markets.  Rob’s recent projects include major museums, hotels, luxury residential properties and clean energy power plants.  In addition to his professional practice, Rob is the Senior Vice Chair of the International Bar Association’s Human Rights Law Committee, and an officer of the IBA’s International Construction Projects Committee.  He has spoken on human rights and construction issues at conferences throughout the world, and has been a visiting lecturer on American Law at the Charles Darwin University School of Law in Australia’s Northern Territory.  While attending law school, Rob worked at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
