Paul Garrin is Loisaida Inc.’s Creative Technologist, Founder and Program Director of ECOLIBRIUM. Since joining Loisaida Center in 2019, Paul created the computing, integrated digital media and learning lab at Loisaida Center. His position at Loisaida, Inc. received Funding by NY State Regional Economic Development Corporation (REDC), and Mosaic grants, NY State Department of Environmental Conservation. Paul’s role at Loisaida Inc. is workforce development, capacity building, entrepreneurship, IT, digital media and program development.
