Molly Coletta is a Project Manager at Thought Matter. A Syracuse University alum with a BFA in Art Photography, she brings a foundation in creative thinking, leadership and project management. Before joining the team in 2025, Molly supported clients including the Eames Institute and MillerKnoll, and previously built her expertise in nonprofit management and fundraising with Boston Children’s Hospital, Children’s Miracle Network and Community Action Works. At Thought Matter she ensures team alignment, manages client communications, and oversees project deliverables and planning.
