The Division of Coastal Resources has a long partnership with the City, the five Boroughs, and a variety of community based organizations, working together to increase public access to the waterfront, revitalize neighborhoods and improve the environment.
New York - New Jersey Harbor Estuary Program
The NY/NJ Harbor Estuary Program was founded under Section 320 of the Clean Water Act.
